The Iceman distributes packaged ice in the Greater Toronto Area under the name of Arctic Glacier Premium Ice.
Our packaged ice are sold in sizes ranging from 2.7kg to 18kg .
Is ice really just ice? Since ice is treated as a food product, it must meet strict government standards for quality. The Iceman and Arctic Glacier exceed these standards through regular lab testing and analysis.

Available as CRUSHED ice only. Crushed ice is usually used in specialty drinks such as daiquiris or oyster bars. Supermarkets (fish department), Bakeries are among those who would purchase this type of ice.

This block is the only one that Arctic Glacier makes available. There are no alternative weights or dimensions. Marinas, campers are among those who would purchase this type of ice.

 We have bins available if you are planning a special event and require bins to store ice for a beer tent, behind the bar, or at a reception.
Dimensions: 21.5" diameter x 17.5" depth
Rule of Thumb: 2 bags of 12kg ice for each bin rental

Arctic Glacier Premium ice is used as an ingredient in many bakery products containing yeast, such as bread. The ice is used to chill the water used in the dough and control the rate at which the dough rises to ensure optimum quality and taste. Arctic Glacier Premium Ice is also used in the production of many processed meat products such as sausage. Ice is used during the production process to achieve the optimum temperature range for grinding, mixing and binding the ingredients together.
